CT Bus application is a travel platform offered by CTBUS S.A. In the application, users can conveniently perform various actions related to public transport. Users have the ability to purchase travel tickets using their bank card, calculate the best route, and track lines, stations, and transport options in real-time on a map.

Upon creating an account and linking it to a transport card, users can easily recharge their travel cards within the app using online bank card payments. Users can monitor their card status and active travel tickets at all times. Additionally, users can manage multiple transport cards on a single account, facilitating tasks such as recharging cards, purchasing new subscriptions, or extending existing ones.

After completing transactions like purchases, validations, and controls, users have access to a detailed transaction history. Eligible users who receive subsidies can request approval for a subsidized profile through the application by submitting necessary documentation. Upon approval, users can then purchase discounted or free travel tickets directly via the app.

For corporate entities collaborating with transport administrations, card portfolio management is possible through the web portal or mobile application. CT Bus app also offers push notifications or email alerts for ticket expiration dates or card-related activities.

The application assists travelers in finding the best route between their starting point and destination using real-time vehicle locations. Travelers can initiate journeys from current or designated locations on the map, set destinations via address search, points of interest, or stations, and view estimated arrival times.
